LOUISVILLE WRECK PHOTOS

A steamship which sank in the 1850s.   Burned and sank about 8 miles off of Hammond in 55 feet of water. 

The Gunwales of the wreck.  Starting to disintegrate after over 150 years underwater. 

Part of the boiler of the Louisville wreck. 

The prop of the Louisville.  Note the left hand rotation.  I know of no other single screw wreck that has a left hand prop.
